My Job
I am Advisory Lotus Service Manager and resposible to deliver premium support to customers with a Priority Support Program. In addition I am delivering On Site Services and work with IBM Software Servies for Lotus. My office is located in Vienna, Austria.
I started at Lotus Development in 1999 as Lotus was already an IBM company. Some years later in 2001, Lotus was converted to a brand of IBM Software Group and all employees (including myself) got a new work contract from IBM.
